Paul & Jeannie Benger - Lead Pastors
In 1987, Paul & Jeannie Benger started what is now known as IKON Church.
Paul is also a member of the Ground Level Executive Team and also leads the Ground Level Strategy Team. His passion is to “build relevant contemporary churches and inspire a generation to to do the same”. His hobbies include golf, reading and vinyl records.
Jeannie is passionate about seeing people’s lives flourish and you will often find her near the doors on a Sunday, next to her radiator, making sure that everyone is welcomed and said good-bye too. She also has a deep love for shoes.

Alongside Paul & Jeannie, the Core Team oversee the spiritual direction and broad ministry at IKON Church across all campuses.
